Eye Candy 3
Open the Templete hit shift & D and close the original out. Change the colors of the templete to match your scrap kit. Open P6.jpg copy and paste as a new image. Move to the bottom and apply your mask. Open DBA GLITTER DOODLE 2.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate and mirror move both the the bottom right above the mask. Open DBA GLITTER DOODLE 1.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate and mirror move both the the bottom right above the mask.Open DBA FALLING FLOWERS 1.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate and mirror move both the the bottom right above the mask. Open DBA ATTITUDE HEART 1.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate and mirror. Open DBA FLOWER 8.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate so you have 4 and place to your liking. Open DBA LIPS 1.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate so you have 2 and place to your liking. Add drop shadows. These were my font settings. Plugins Lokas Gel.

Go To Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3 With these Settings

Opacity~100
Opacity dropoff~Medium
Color~Black
Draw everywhere~unchecked
Now add your watermark and anything else to make it yours.
