I used the art work of Celine which you can get a license HERE
Mask~WSL_Mask254.jpg (if this is yours please email me so i can add your link)
Font Used~
Open p8.png copy and paste as a new image and apply your mask. Open frame2.pspimage copy and paste and resize to your liking. Add a new layer and flood fill it with #FF5FA6 and erase the access so its just in the inside of the frame. Open HeartCharm.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate and mirror. Open stars.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate and mirror. Open bow2.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate and mirror. Open butterfly.pspimage copy and paste as a new image and resize to your liking. Duplicate and mirror. Add drop shadows. These were my font settings. Plugins Lokas Gel

Angle straight up and down
Color overlay checked
Color~#10B6FF
Color opacity~100
highlight~#A3E2FF
shadow~#017CB5
Go To Effects, Plugins, Eye Candy 3 With these Settings
Width~8
Opacity~100
Opacity dropoff~Medium
Color~Black
Draw everywhere~unchecked
Now add your watermark and anything else to make it yours.
